What to do now:
- First of all, it is particularly important to be cooperative with the police/authorities. It is easier to write a written complaint afterwards than to wreck the opportunity through uncooperative behavior that can quickly be perceived as aggressive.
- Documentation about the situation. Make a cell phone video of the official act. Behave in an exemplary manner and always remain polite and cooperative. Do not disclose any information about allegations.
- Ask for a security notice.

What does carrying or carrying a weapon mean?
The legislature regulates this very clearly.
A weapon is wielded by those who have it with them.
However, a weapon is not carried by anyone who has it within residential or business premises or fenced-in properties with the consent of the person entitled to use it.
Furthermore, a weapon is not carried by anyone who has it with them - in the case of a firearm unloaded - in a closed container and solely for the purpose of bringing it from one place to another (transport).
What is a gun license?
The "gun license" has nothing to do with carrying a firearm.
Rather, it serves as suitable proof that you can handle a weapon competently.
How do I get a weapon?
Types of Weapons:
After free weapons such as pepper spray, a distinction is made between firearms that require notification, weapons that require authorization and weapons that are prohibited.
