Just send us some screenshots / evidence (photos etc) of the harassment, including the name and date of birth of the offender. We will respond within 24 hours with an assessment of whether we would take the case.
1st step: warning
If we take up a case our first step is: Legal warning letter to the person who harasses you. Usually such a warning can already achieve success. Many customers do not let it come to a judicial confrontation, which they would lose in any case.
Costs: We charge a flat fee of EUR 150. These costs will be charged to the offender; ideally, our intervention is therefore free of charge for you.
2. Step: Legal action!
If, despite these efforts, you have not had sucess, there remains only one more step: the lawsuit against the offender!
By default, we also request the issuance of a restraining order. In this case, a court order will be issued within about one to four weeks.
In our experience, about 90% of the offenders respect the court order, which is why there will be no lengthy process. Nevertheless, we are prepared: We will also execute the court verdict against particularly problematic offenders. In the worst case, they will have to arrested, so that you finally rest.
Costs: Billing is governed by the RATG; However, in order to start the legal proceedings, we only need the court fee of EUR 743. In case of success - this is always to be assumed in these cases - you will receive the court fee back from the opponent. Usually (in case of victory) the relevant court costs should therefore be free !
