1st step: warning

Costs: For the 1st and 2nd step we charge a flat fee of EUR 200.
3. Schritt: Lawsuit and injunction
If there is still no success despite the previous efforts, there remains only one more step: a lawsuit!
Here legal action can be taken against, both the person who submitted the rating and Google or the other service provider. Sometimes it's better to sue Google in Ireland for strategic reasons. In this case, too, we are glad to help you with our contacts in Ireland.
In particularly urgent cases we can also file for an injunction, which if granted, leads to an immediate deletion within about one to four weeks.
Costs: Billing is governed by the Solicitors Tariff Code; However, in order to initiate the legal proceedings, we only need the court fee of EUR 743. If successful - we will give you an accurate and reliable estimate - you will receive the court fee back from the opponent. Normally (in case of victory), the litigation should therefore be free of charge for you.
